DIN WELDINGNECK/DIN2633 stainless steel flange production process:
1) a: Forged flange
Cut stainless steel circular hacksaws of different specifications and models into cylindrical flange blanks, add them to a reverberatory furnace and heat them to 1300 degrees to take out, and then forge the flange blanks into gyro-shaped flanges by forging presses, air hammers and other forging machines.
b: cast flange
In view of the characteristics of stainless steel, cast stainless steel flanges are mostly made of precision casting. First, put the high-quality stainless steel quasi waste into the intermediate frequency furnace for heating, and add non-ferrous metals such as Ni to ensure the stability of the material. When the molten steel melts to 1500-1800 degrees, pour it into the mold to form a gyro-shaped flange blank.
2) Put the formed gyro-shaped flange blank into the annealing furnace for annealing treatment to ensure the stability and consistency of the ring blank material
3) The annealed gyro-shaped flange blank is processed into a flange on a CNC machine tool according to the drawing, and then the flange is drilled with a CNC drilling machine according to the drawing requirements, and the finished product is completed.
4) For the finished flange, the thickness, hole diameter, center distance, inner and outer diameter of the flange shall be inspected according to the drawing requirements.

5) The flanges that have passed the inspection will be laser-printed on the flange end face according to the customer's requirements, and the flanges will be individually packaged according to the customer's requirements, and then put into wooden boxes for transportation.
