1) a: Forged flange
Saw billets of different specifications and models into flange blanks, add them to a reverberatory furnace and heat them to 1000 degrees to take out, and then forge the flange blanks into cake-shaped flange blanks through forging machines such as forging presses and air hammers.
b: Steel plate flange
Put the steel plate into the punching machine, put it into the corresponding mold, and directly punch it into a pie-shaped flange blank.
c: cast flange
Put the low carbon steel standard scrap into the intermediate frequency furnace and heat it to 1500-1800, pour it into the mold

2) Put the formed pie flange blank into the annealing furnace for annealing treatment to ensure the stability and consistency of the ring blank material
3) The annealed pie-shaped flange blank is processed into a ring flange according to the drawing on the CNC machine tool, and then the flange is drilled with a CNC drilling machine according to the drawing requirements, and the finished product is completed.
4) For the finished flange, the thickness, hole diameter, center distance, inner and outer diameter of the flange shall be inspected according to the drawing requirements.

5) The flanges that have passed the inspection will be laser-printed on the flange end face according to customer requirements, and the flanges will be individually packaged according to customer requirements, and then put into wooden boxes for shipment.
