1: BS4504 TYPE 111 (Welding Neck) carbon steel flange production process:

   A: Forged flange

   Saw billets of different specifications and models into flange blanks, add them to a reverberatory furnace and heat them to 1000 degrees

   Take it out, and then forge the flange blank into a ring flange by forging machines such as a forging press and an air hammer.

     B: Casting flange

     Put the low carbon steel standard scrap into the intermediate frequency furnace and heat it to 1200-1500, pour it into the mold

The type is a ring flange blank.

2: The forged or cast ring flange blank is processed into a ring rotor according to the drawing on the CNC machine tool

Screw flange, and then use the CNC drilling machine to drill the flange according to the drawing requirements, and the finished product is completed.
