DIN2616 carbon steel head is made of high-quality carbon steel round pipe, which is a widely used pipe fitting in carbon steel pipe fittings. DIN2616 carbon steel head is made by cutting the steel pipe into pipe sections according to the requirements, putting it into the intermediate frequency pushing furnace, and heating and pushing it.
According to the different shapes, it is divided into two types: concentric size heads and eccentric size heads. Concentric means that the center points of the circles at both ends of the tube are on the same straight line, which is called the concentric head, and vice versa, the eccentric head. The size head is also called the reducer and the reducer.
  When using, according to construction requirements 1: Weld the elbow directly with the pipe. 2: Weld the Flanges on both ends of the elbow evenly, and connect them with Bolts to make the whole pipeline integrated and start working normally.
   DIN2616 carbon steel head is used for connection between pipes of two different diameters. According to its radius of curvature, it can be divided into long radius elbow and short radius elbow. The long radius elbow refers to the outer diameter of the pipe whose radius of curvature is equal to 1.5 times, that is, R=1.5D; the short radius elbow refers to that its radius of curvature is equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, that is, R=1.0D. (D is the diameter of the elbow, and R is the radius of curvature).

The production process of DIN2616 carbon steel head
The big and small head (reducer) is a kind of pipe fitting for the pipe diameter. The commonly used forming processes are reducing diameter pressing, expanding diameter pressing or diameter reducing and expanding diameter pressing, and stamping can also be used for reducing pipes of certain specifications.

a. Diameter reduction/diameter expansion forming
The diameter reduction forming process of the big and small heads is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the big end of the big and small heads into the forming die, and by pressing along the axial direction of the tube blank, the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form. According to the size of the reducing diameter of the reducer, it is divided into one press forming or multiple press forming.
b. Stamping
In addition to using steel pipes as raw materials to produce large and small heads, the large and small heads of some specifications can also be produced by stamping and forming process with steel plates. The shape of the die used for drawing is designed with reference to the size of the inner surface of the large and small heads, and the blanked steel plate is punched and stretched by the die.
2: Put the shaped head into the press for shaping.
3: Make the shaped head blank through the special CNC lathe for pipe fittings according to the drawing. Welding groove processing is performed on both ends of the elbow blank, and a certain angle is reserved, with a certain edge, and the angle and deviation range are strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.
4: Put the shaped and beveled blanks into the surface of the pipe fittings to be shot blasted by the shot blasting machine to remove the iron oxide scale on the inner and outer surfaces.
5: Inspect the finished product of the size and head according to the requirements of the drawing for the thickness and the radius of the fingers.
6: Type the qualified elbow on the end face according to customer requirements, including size, steel number, batch number, and identification. And according to customer requirements, the elbows are treated with anti-rust treatment, 1: paint, 2: anti-rust oil, and then put them into wooden boxes or wooden pallets for transportation.
